Our insurance staff is well versed in dealing with many different insurance companies and is happy to file your dental claim on your behalf as a courtesy. It is important for you to understand that insurance companies can change benefits, co-pays, and deductibles many times throughout the year. We do our best to provide you with the most accurate coverage estimates based on the information available to us at the time. Dealing with insurance companies can be difficult and time consuming, so as a courtesy we ask that you keep us informed of any changes in your dental insurance.
Depending on your dental plan, only certain dental procedures might be covered at 100%, while other procedures have a certain percentage amount allowed by your dental insurance provider. With that in mind, we ask that estimated co-pays be paid at the time of treatment.
Upon receipt of payment from your insurance company any remaining balance due will be billed to you.
We accept most major dental insurances, however we may be an out-of-network provider with your specific carrier. Dental treatment will be covered based on our usual and customary fees and not the insurance company’s fee schedule. We do not accept any dental DHMO plans or discounted dental plans. We are an in-network provider with the following dental insurance companies:
Delta Dental PPO
Creating Beautiful Healthy Smiles
Our entire staff is dedicated to providing quality dental care to each and every patient that walks through our door. In doing this we feel a responsibility to educate our patients on the financial policies of our practice.
We gladly accept cash, personal checks, money orders, certified checks and debit cards.
We accept the following major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.
We also accept financing through a third party financing company for those who qualify for an extended payment option. Visit: www.carecredit.com to
apply online or ask us for more information.
Our office also accepts dental insurance. In most cases we will file your dental insurance on your behalf and help you receive the maximum benefit allowed by your insurance company. It is important for you to understand that your coverage is a contract between you or your employer and not our office. We cannot guarantee your benefits or coverage, with that being said all costs for dental treatment are the sole responsibility of the patient being treated for dental care.
